教員採用試験

昨年度教育実習で関わりをもった学部４年生の教員採用試験の結果が出ました。

自分が担当した３名の学生は，３人とも合格を勝ち取ったことが伝わってきました。

小，中，高，それぞれの道に進むことになりますが，１年前を思い出すと，それぞれが誠実な実習への取り組みをしていて，結果に不思議はないな，と思います。

さまざまなプレッシャーに苦しみながらもしっかりと準備をした彼ら，また，結果を待つ胃の痛い時間を過ごしてきた彼らに，心からのお祝いのメッセージを送ります。

本当におめでとう！！！

facebookに送ったお祝いのメッセージに，返信をくれた学生のコメント，あまりにも素敵で，自分のことばの力の拙さを痛感・・・

彼らから学んだこと，学んでいくことも大きいな，と思います。

　I really appreciate all your help; you have inspired me so much that I want to be like you.
　Only a great teacher inspires, and with respect to me, that person is no other man but you!
　I wish to be a teacher, like you, who can inspire his students. One of them I often meet said, "I found that Mr.T is great. I miss him." That comment well reflects one of the impacts you gave to your students.
　Keep in touch, and please keep on advising, and leading, me to a great teacher like you. It takes ages before I have reached that point, but I will always do my best.
